Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’ve been really impressed with the WHOOP. It provides detailed information about my sleep, recovery, strain, and overall fitness that goes beyond a basic activity tracker. The app is easy to use and does a great job of turning all the data into useful insights that help me understand when to push harder and when I need more recovery. The band is comfortable enough to wear all day and while sleeping, and I like the sleek, low-profile design. Battery life and charging are convenient as well. The included membership makes it easy to get started with all of WHOOP’s features. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone serious about tracking their health, fitness, sleep, and recovery.

I've had this since March 2026 but I purchased a 2nd one for a friend because of its medical grade benefits among the other Whoop band options. Band is light and pretty awesome. The instructions says that there is no need to take it off. You should be wearing it 24/7 so that's what I have been doing. What I noticed over time is the band's color starts to fade. I think it's due to the frequent use and all the water wear and tear. It does sometimes unbuckle or loosens. That is probably from the ar I und the clock usage and wear and tear. It's still holding up well, and the battery lasts as quoted about 14 days, so you really only need to charge it a couple times a month. I like to keep it on 24/7, so it's always tracking what's going on in my body, my activity, any health concerns are logged. This band model has the highest medical grade benefit among all the other options which is really good if you'd like to capture your health status regularly. When I've forgotten my phone or my smartwatch or their batteries die and they stop tracking my steps and physical activity, I like that I have the whoop band on because it never stops tracking!! I highly recommend.

I’ve been using the Whoop MG for a few weeks now and I can honestly say this device is on a different level. As someone who takes health and performance seriously, the advanced features like on demand ECG, blood pressure insights, and skin temperature tracking have been absolute game changers. I love how seamless it feels, no screen, nothing flashy, just pure data delivered straight to my phone with incredible accuracy. The Strain, Recovery, and Sleep metrics help me understand how my body is truly performing, not just guessing based on how I feel. It has helped me adjust my workouts, improve my sleep quality, and even manage stress more effectively. What surprised me the most is how detailed it gets with strength training tracking. It recognizes movements and even logs weightlifting volume. That alone saves me time and gives me way more insight than I expected from a wearable. The fact that it gives me a real time pulse on my cardiovascular health, aging pace, and overall readiness has made it feel like more than just a tracker. It is a partner in my health journey. I genuinely love using the Whoop MG. If you are serious about performance, recovery, or long term wellness, it is worth every penny.

I absolutely love my new Woop Monitor Bracelet! From the moment I started using it, I was impressed by how sleek and comfortable it feels on my wrist—I hardly notice it’s there. The accuracy of the health and activity tracking is outstanding, giving me clear insights into my sleep, recovery, and daily performance. The app is easy to navigate, and I’ve already started making positive changes thanks to the personalized recommendations. It feels like having a personal coach with me all the time. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to better understand their body and take their wellness to the next level!

[Employee of bestbuy] I’ve tried a lot of wearables, including the Apple Watch Ultra, but the WHOOP MG Life has completely changed the game for me. Unlike most smartwatches, it doesn’t look corny or bulky. It’s sleek, minimal, and can be accessorized with just about anything thanks to the huge variety of bands. It blends into your lifestyle instead of trying to become the centerpiece of it. What really sets WHOOP apart is the data. This isn’t just about counting steps or buzzing your wrist. It’s about insight—the kind that makes you reflect, not just react. WHOOP has helped me understand my sleep, recovery, and strain patterns in a way no device ever has. It doesn’t push you with distractions or notifications. It gives you the tools to optimize, improve, and actually build better habits. With the Apple Watch, I found myself being compliant. I was closing rings and following prompts, but not necessarily getting better. WHOOP pushed me to think deeper. Not about hitting arbitrary goals, but about aligning with what my body actually needs. If you’re serious about long-term health and performance, WHOOP MG Life isn’t just a tracker. It’s a lifestyle upgrade.

WHOOP MG is far more than a fitness tracker. The BP-related insights combined with strain, recovery, and sleep give a clear picture of how my body is actually coping day to day. It’s helped me recognize stress and fatigue early and adjust before pushing too hard. The strain score captures total daily load, not just workouts, which prevents overtraining. The recovery score is incredibly accurate and has improved my sleep, workouts, and overall health decisions. This feels preventative and genuinely valuable, especially for anyone concerned about cardiovascular health. Highly recommended.

Great app and experience. Tons of valuable data. It has helped me develop healthier habits.

I haven’t had the WHOOP very long, but it’s been over 30 days so most, if not all, of the metrics have been populated. So far, I love it… This device is definitely for the numbers junkie. It gives you metrics you would’ve never thought about, gives you more detail than any other device out there that I have owned, and is very helpful if you’re trying to get back on track to health and fitness. The one thing I will say: I don’t think the pedometer is very accurate and there are other reports of that online as well.

Original. Perfect. Super useful. Would recommend!! However only get the LIFE model if you want ECG and Blood Pressure, otherwise PEAK has everything you need.

This is a good item, it works well, the charge lasts as well. Very good impression after two weeks of use.

Got this for my boyfriend and he loves it. I’ve been looking into buying my own it’s very helpful for sleep management and keeping up on your health.

The device was good. But I couldn’t justify paying over $350 a year for something other apps do for free or a lot less, like Bevel. If you don’t pay the Whoop subscription, then the whoop band becomes 100% useless.

I love this product for the insights it provides on recovery, sleep, and stress. It keeps me motivated to work out and helps me better understand how my body is doing each day. The data feels meaningful and actionable. My only complaint is the battery life—I don’t think it lives up to the claims. It drains faster than expected. That said, I still love it overall and definitely recommend it!

Tracks everything I need especially sleep which I never really keep track of. But Whoop keeps me in check with my sleep. I was always curious about deep sleep and REM sleep. Also the VO2 max heart rate and other features ate definitely worth keeping track of.

I like this a lot. It really helps me with my health, and it was also shipped fast, even though I live in the village. I’m so glad about this purchase that I got.

I used to own one of these a while ago, but they definitely have upgraded a good amount. I will say the membership is a little pricey, but if it motivates me, it’s worth it.

I’m really loving my whoop. It tells me about my health, sleep patterns, my heart, stress levels, and so much more.

Love the whoop so far - I tried so many other health monitoring devices and this one is the best.

Love this device. Surprisingly happy with it. The tech and the AI agency is valuable and insightful.

Perfect, accurate, like it , recommend to anyone!!!
